Hotel with Restaurant and Swimming Pool for Lease
We are looking for a Hotel with Restaurant and Swimming Pool for Leases. Later also like to Buy.
Thuringia would be ideal, because we are quite familiar here, but also resin or federal States bordering Thuringia.
It is Important for us that it has at least 30 Rooms and a Restaurant as well as a Swimming Pool. Even larger Houses are happy to offer.
Smaller, though, makes no Sense to us.
We are looking for a House with which we can identify and enter into a long-standing Lease. Later Purchase Is not excluded.
We are trained Hotel Professionals with several years of Experience (6 Years) as independent Restaurateurs and Hotel Operators.
We come from the 4 Star Hotel Series.
