We want to sell our OHG. It consists of 2 Shareholders, 2 marginally Employees and some freelancers. We develop Internet appearances and intranet applications.
Our Company is to be sold because one Partner wants to go abroad for 6 Months and the other Shareholder was ill for much of the last Year and therefore wants to give up Independence. This Disease had unfortunately brought with it a Decline in Sales and Profit in the last Financial Year.
We are available for a Longer period of time for familiarisation With current And completed projects and Business Relationships.
Since our Inception, we have written to more than 7,000 Companies, with more than 2,000 being on the phone. We regularly receive Inquiries via our Homepage as well as Recommendations, so we have not carried out any acquisition actions for 3 Years.
