For private reasons, I want to sell my business after more than 12 years. The property is located in 1 a location in a heavily tourist-frequented town near the North Sea coast.
On an area of about 85 sqm, my 3 part-time employees sell clothing in the middle price segment. Many regular customers, including returning holidaymakers, appreciate our wide range for children of all ages and especially with every figure. Profits between 2003 and amounted to EUR 14,000 -15,000. This is a stable basis for existence, given that I myself do not do much business. Someone who works more (approx. 38-45 hrs/week) can expect at least 7,000 euros more. I am happy to support the interested party with my knowledge (purchasing/fair etc) at the beginning. My purchase price idea is incl. inventory and equipment (approx. 10,000 EUR, all in solid wood/beech) at VHB.
