We are looking for capital to erect one or several farms in Brandenburg to produce renewable raw material for pellets-production, later for Bio-Diesel-Production as an alternative to unemployment.
With this project we want to demonstrate that it will be possible to become successful in self-employment with low financial engagement without public grants even for non-professional families with children in the renewable energy support sector.
2 years erection phase, after the 2nd year 22-26 to yield per hectar (=250 €/to with pellets-production) are possible with a financial engagement of 3.000 € / ha (plus machinery and housing), (total 200.000 € per farm plus 50.000 € Reserve for the first two years).
This project can be erected and adapted in almost every European country.
Note: This project is a start-up with prototype status to demonstrate Banks and public grant deciders the cost-effectiveness (proof of concept).
