As an internationally active operator of a training/coaching academy for entrepreneurs from Germany, with an affiliated publishing business, we are looking for an experienced businessman with marketing expertise as another active shareholder at the earliest opportunity.
It concerns the replacement of the commercial management due to the departure of a shareholder for family reasons.
The company has been in existence since and was founded by individual contractors who had been experienced for many years at the time. All preparatory investments, structuring and design measures are completed in the first stage. In , the company started operating as a premium provider in the German market.
The amount of the shareholding is required according to a share to be agreed (preliminary entry share of the new shareholder) in the share capital of the company at face value.
