Well-established sun studio2,5 years old with 4 sunbeds , in which I offer massages, additionally rental income from nail another physio practice and can't get involved in time as I should. Have built up a good self-paying customer base for massages. Well suited for founder masseur or wellness therapist. The leasing contract would have to be taken over for 1.5 years and the lease for 2.5 years.
