We are a Group of currently 8 People who have set themselves the Goal of acquiring a Property in the southern Area of Schleswig-Holstein.
The Plan is To establish up to 15 Residential Units there for intergenerational and barrier-free Housing. In order to increase the quality Of life for the Older People, as well as those who will be part of it in the next Few years, some very interesting Ideas have been developed which we would like to call when Contacting Us.
It became clear from the first Profitability calculations that this Project can be refined over a Period of 10 Years.
Unfortunately, as is often the case, we now lack adequate Start-up Funding.
