Near Dresden, about 7km from the A4 motorway, there is a former heating house on a company premises. The building is empty and of the best substance.
All parts of the old plant have been removed, but it is equipped with a functional crane system. An organic combined heat and power plant including grid heating is to be built at this location.
The grid calculation at the responsible RU for feed-in showed that at least 400KWel at this "connection point". into the public electricity grid. A future expansion is conceivable by re-examination. On site there is a transformer station in a massive construction. The MS line is located in the terrain and can be used directly together with the TS.

The heat generated can be fed into the existing heating network for a fee for the customers.
