Bookstore sought to buy established Bookstore (without Acquiring Real Estate, i.e. store rental) in the German-speaking World. The Shop in a good Enough location (does not have to be 1a) preferably in a City > 100,000 should not be too large, but also not too small. Since I am not from the Industry, a (short) training on the Part of the Seller must be guaranteed. A purchase without a Broker Would be Desirable, but this is not a Condition.
