The company to be handed over, based in Baden-Württemberg, has been in existence for more than 50 years and is correspondingly well established in the target market.
The range of services includes model construction and mould making. The casting models are made of Styrofoam. In mould making, tools are made from aluminium for the production of EPP and EPS parts. The operation with a powerful machinery/facilities is now to be handed over for reasons of age. The extensive property is to be leased to the contractor.
Customers of model construction are mainly from the automotive and tooling industries. The natural area of mould making includes well-known foaming parts manufacturers.
An experienced and committed team of employees of 22 employees generates sales of around €2.4 million with a good earnings situation.
