As a dip-ing (FH) Munich, I am looking forhanical engineering (a member of VDI) for my new engineering firm Partner with Capital. The new partner will bring 100,000 EU with around 25% of the newly established engineering firm. 30,000 EU will remain in the company coffers for the notary costs and for office rents uld as share capital. The remaining amount of EU 70,000; The new partner at the notary as an engineering office shareholder will pay me cash for 25% of the share. I ask for serious calls.
