So far, I run an ever-growing gym.
Due to the not quite achieved target figures, higher construction costs and an industry-standard incursion of the written membership numbers in the summer, from which we are now recovering, some creditors remained open with their claims. After payment agreements have been made, the repayment of these items is regulated, but this currently puts us in a liquidity hole. In order to bridge this, I would like to implement a profit/company shareholding of up to 20% or the foundation of a KG with a supporting limited partner and am currently looking for the right partner.
