Partners wanted for village development for emigrants and tourists.
Through good contacts, we have found a completely approved and partially built village project. The owner is no longer interested due to age.
About 50 EFHouses, each with approx. 500 sqm of land, are to be developed as their own pazelle. A separate part is planned as a nursing home for the elderly and an eco-farm.
The shareholding amounts to €2.5 million and is gradually repaid by selling off the land. Prospective buyers are already available, as well as some model houses.
