Bicycle shop with workshop

Looking for a suitable successor for my bicycle business for reasons of age. The shop consists of 70 sqm sales area, 36 sqm workshop, 16 sqm office, 40 sqm covered and closed via a roller shutter open space, as well as about 36 sqm cellar storage. In front of the shop are two customer parking spaces plus a staff parking lot. The location of the shop is in the center of a village. We carry brands bicycles (MTB, trekking, children's bikes), with a focus on e-bikes, in the middle price segment. The focus of the business is a good, in-depth consultation of a loyal customer base and a workshop with two workstations. The workshop's share of sales is currently about 10% of the total turnover. The customer base is about 2800 customers (with about 150 new contacts per year).
