The salad bar is located in the pedestrian zone and has a guest room (approx. 45 m2) with seats, kitchen, a warehouse with cold store and an outdoor area for tables and chairs. We also set up a delivery service during this time. This can be continued on request.
The salad bar is modernly furnished. The main sales time is noon and a large part are "to go" customers. We have a trainee, a mini-jobber and a part-time employee who can be taken on. However, this is not a requirement.
As buyers, we imagine a committed and entrepreneurial gastronomy couple, but we are also open to other ideas and investors.
We are unique with our concept in - there is no other salad bar in .
