For more than 40 years, the company has been established as a car dealership and qualified automotive master workshop in the region and has quickly developed into a respected car dealership. The services include the purchase and sale of vehicles, repairs, painting, inspections and maintenance, as well as the financing of vehicles. A lean organization and attentive customer service are the basis for a high level of customer satisfaction.
There are approximately 1,000 active residential and commercial customers who register with the company. The total turnover of commercial customers amounts to about 10% of the total turnover. Customers account for about 80% of total sales, and there is no dependence on individual customers. The acquisition of new customers is continuous. However, orders from existing customers or from new customers gained through referrals predominate.
