I am looking ( or surroundings) for an accounting office including infrastructure for sale. The price should be realistic and depending on the customer base and turnover, you can set a sum. As an alternative, I would also offer to pay salary to the transferor on an ongoing basis (contractually fixed, notarized, so that the collateral for the transferor is given).
