Passive network technology
From two locations in Germany and the Czech Republic, the company sells innovative, modular system solutions in passive network technology. In addition to the purchasing and retail value creation stages, the company assembles glass and copper cables, assembles housings and acts as a planner and project planner. From the southwest of Germany, project business is conducted with customers from the public sector, electrical wholesale, industry and grid operation. The more wage-intensive part of the value chain is handled from the location in the south of the Czech Republic and a separate customer base consisting exclusively of network operators is supplied. In 2024, revenues of EUR 3.5 million and EBITDA of EUR 300,000 are expected. The founder and long-time managing director is now seeking a company sale/company succession. Buyers from industry as well as private individuals with the necessary equity are eligible.
