For private reasons, I would like to leave my renowned studio in loving hands.
The studio, which has been in existence for more than 20 years, is located in the beautiful Nikolassee in the southwest of . It is easily accessible by public transport. Bus and S-Bahn are in the immediate vicinity, the A115 is only about 1km away.
The studio has a total area of approx. 115 sqm and consists of 2 rooms for cosmetics and 3 rooms for pedicure treatments, a spacious waiting and reception area with sales cabinets/shelves as well as 1 kitchen, 1 customer toilet and separate staff area with changing room and private toilet.
The studio has a very good reputation in the region and a long-standing, loyal and large customer base. Appointments are usually rescheduled after each treatment, with a large proportion of clients planning the whole year in advance. There is currently a waiting list for new customers. Although we do not advertise, we have a large influx.
