I offer a lottery office/kiosk. The store has been a lottery/kiosk for over 50 years. We have DHL, GLS, DPD and UPS as parcel shops. Western Union, Ortel and Nickel is new in the store. I don't have any leasing or installment loans. The monthly fixed costs are currently 1200€ including parking space (1000€ rent and 200€ electricity costs). The transfer fee is 22,000€ without inventory, with inventory we are about 35,000€. The inventory includes a fitted kitchen, lottery wall, coffee machine, cigarette rack, shelves/cupboards, heavy-duty shelves, tables, chairs (cigarettes, cigarette accessories, vapes, tobacco, snacks, drinks, chewing gum, etc. would then have to be counted and calculated on site by arrangement). The contract is fixed for 3 years and then you can decide whether you want to continue or not. The lottery office/kiosk is located on the main street next to several shops, doctors' offices, lawyers.
