We are planning our retirement after 23 years and are looking for a solvent and committed successor. With 11 cabins plus hydrojet on a spacious area, our studio has been one of the largest in for 30 years. 1A location in a busy entrance/exit street, close to the city, shopping environment, directly at the tram stop, large shop window front, long-standing regular customers and a high number of annual contracts that already cover rent and electricity.
