After 35 years of successful activity, Höhengasthaus in 1200 m is looking for active partner/partner with experience in gastronomy, likes to cook/cook and restaurant expert/restaurant expert who will continue our family business.
The catering company has three guest rooms with approx. 200 seats, two outdoor terraces with approx. 150 seats, 15 guest rooms with 35 beds, an operating apartment with approx. 110 sqm of living space, a garage with approx. 300 sqm of usable space and own water supply (own source) and 3 ha of space (mainly pastureland).
The house is located in an exposed location with a fantastic view towards the Swabian Alp and the Swiss Alps as well as with two long-distance hiking trails a well-known hiking area both in summer and in winter with skiing.
