We specialize in the development and provision of complex B2B software and have always had a good capacity utilization since our foundation. However, the conditions of the main client were not dazzling: low hourly rate and long payment terms of 30 days, whereby even the payment deadline of 30 days was not met.
At this hourly rate, only one developer could be used economically for project management, who is now unfortunately permanently ill. The occupation with another developer was out of the question, because hourly rate simply too low.
As compensation, we looked for other projects with better conditions and had to go through the summer dry spell. Now the time has finally come: a major project and several smaller ones are under negotiation. To bridge the gap, we only lack a small sum of less than 10,000 €, at least 6,500 €.
