Compostable packaging

I am looking for someone who is familiar with natural insulation/insulation materials. The principle, which is applied in house construction, is to be transferred to the field of packaging. The aim is to obtain packaging that does not make the goods warmer than 7 degrees for up to 5/6 hours at an ambient temperature of up to 25 degrees. At the end of use, the product should be able to be disposed of on the home compost or at least via the organic bin. Someone with appropriate knowledge of physics or packaging engineering is wanted here. I myself have business knowledge and have worked in product management (non-food). So I am not looking for someone with commercial knowledge, as I own it myself, but complementary someone with the skills mentioned above. Should not be more than 1 hour driving time away from , so that you can sit down for a meeting on the product at short notice if necessary.
