Elderly and nursing home
We are looking for an idealistic start-up founder or a professional couple for the transfer of our old and care facility with 24 beds, which is currently being protected. Our company has been well established on the market since 1997 with its specialization in gerontopsychiatry / psychiatry.
The furnishings including building and land are sold for reasons of age and can be passed on as part of a KG handover.
The currently required single room quota of 80% was implemented in and accepted by both the landscape association and the home authority.
Supply contracts and approved investment costs are currently being negotiated.
The nursing home is operated in the rental model, real estate and nursing home are managed from a single source and can also be continued as part of the KG handover.
Most of the property has been modernized in the last 5 years, but not all modernization measures in all rooms and areas have been completed.
