I offer the opportunity to participate as a shareholder in a non-profit limited liability company. The gGmbH operates a nature-oriented educational institution with a long-term planning perspective and will be state-funded from 2028. In addition, subsidies for personnel and material costs are provided from the fourth year of school operation. In the course of the investment, the property, which is currently privately owned, is to be brought into the gGmbH with 6,500 m² of land, which will secure the investment property in the long term and secure the school operation economically. As a shareholder, you can take on responsibility, help shape strategic decisions, further develop the project and benefit from government subsidies. I am looking for a partner who would like to participate in the economic development of the gGmbH as well as actively participate in the operational and strategic design of the school's operations.
